SPARE PARTS SALES CONSULTANT

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle spare parts sales and service-related parts requests from the sales team.
  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly. If unable to respond directly to a client, leave an automated message and return the call without delay.
  • Provide service advisors with accurate, error-free parts information including pricing based on standard air, ground, and express delivery options, along with lead time.
  • Respond to service advisors’ requests in a timely manner by preparing and delivering quotations.
  • Monitor stock levels for assigned brand(s) weekly and submit parts requisitions every Thursday using the approved format to the inventory coordinator.
  • Accurately identify, supply, and order parts and materials as required by service advisors.
  • Fully manage and process parts orders for the Oyu Tolgoi project.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a service or parts advisor in an automotive dealership.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Solid knowledge of automotive spare parts and components.
  • Ethical, positive attitude, and well-organized with strong personal discipline.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
