Main Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with complete information about the products in the store.
- Introduce the main aisles and valuable product sections to customers, and assist them in selecting products.
- Resolve customer issues and respond quickly to questions and inquiries.
- Regularly check the price information and labels of products; take immediate action if there is any price change.
- Organize the placement of products, ensuring the store’s shelves and furniture are always stocked and neat.
- Process payments through cash or card when customers purchase products.
- Receive new products and store excess stock in the warehouse.
- Handle product returns.
- Stay updated with the latest information on all store products and use this knowledge to drive sales.
- Provide friendly and positive service to customers.
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Self-development and setting a good example for others.
- Experience in increasing sales and profits is a plus.
- Strong computer skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English is required.
