Main Responsibilities:
- Perform professional-quality installation and repairs, dedicating yourself to the job with sincerity and commitment, ensuring trust and respect from both clients and colleagues.
- Conduct car disassembly and repairs according to the brand’s repair manuals, maintaining high-quality standards.
- After completing the assembly, check all fasteners and bolts by hand and complete the inspection form.
- During installation and repair, observe any damages, worn-out parts, or issues that may need repair in the near future and report them to the client through the service consultant. Ensure customer satisfaction and support the repair center’s operational efficiency.
- Record the start and finish times of installation and repair work, as well as other relevant details.
- Perform installation and repair work according to the company’s approved standards and technologies, ensuring cleanliness and precision.
- Provide accurate time estimates for the repairs required on vehicles.
- Keep track of used materials and record them in the vehicle’s service sheet.
Job Requirements:
- Graduated from a relevant technical college or university.
- 1-3 years of work experience.
- Skilled in sanding, drilling, polishing, and applying decals.
