ONLINE SALES DISTRIBUTION OFFICER

Main Responsibilities:

  • Fully manage the online sales programs, ensuring the distribution and sales are carried out according to orders.
  • Verify the quantity and types of goods in orders from online marketplaces and websites (excluding supermarket affiliate platforms) and hand them over to the delivery personnel.
  • Be fully responsible for the inventory management of online sales warehouse, maintaining records, and preparing income and expense reports. Ensure reconciliations are done with the accounting team.
  • Record customer orders from various platforms (via smartphone), process invoices, and handle bonus/discount policies for customers. Ensure proper tracking of daily sales reports.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth operations, customer satisfaction, and revenue goals are met.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in sales or customer service.
  • Knowledge and understanding of online sales and e-commerce platforms.
  • High communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Experience in organizing events is an advantage.
  • A valid category B driver’s license is preferred.
