CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR (PROJECT-BASED)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in obtaining quotations from contractors for construction and repair-related projects, participate in contractor selection according to procedures, prepare budgets, and monitor the performance of contractors.
  • Manage the assigned team and coordinate the work of contracted companies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain a building operation logbook to ensure proper building use, prevent structural and system failures, and oversee both scheduled and emergency repairs.
  • Update technical drawings to reflect any changes made to plumbing, electrical, heating, or ventilation systems.
  • Respond to maintenance and service requests by organizing and overseeing necessary repair works.
  • Regularly report project progress to direct supervisors and submit periodic reports.
  • Identify issues and recommend technically sound, practical solutions to management based on engineering analysis.

Job Requirements:

  • University degree in Architecture, Estimating, Thermal Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Experience in managing teams and implementing projects.
  • Skilled in budgeting and reporting.
