Main responsibilities
- sponsible for managing the operations of the repair services and glazing center, ensuring effective team leadership to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Take necessary actions to meet the sales and profit targets set by management.
- Implement and continuously improve industry standards across all repair and service processes.
- Oversee and ensure the quality and efficiency of the service delivery.
- Maintain smooth operations by managing resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in a management position within the automotive or service industry.
- Strong proficiency in both spoken and written Mongolian and English.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Sales experience or technical knowledge is considered an advantage.
