BRANCH MANAGER (REPAIR SERVICES & GLAZING)

Main responsibilities

  • sponsible for managing the operations of the repair services and glazing center, ensuring effective team leadership to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Take necessary actions to meet the sales and profit targets set by management.
  • Implement and continuously improve industry standards across all repair and service processes.
  • Oversee and ensure the quality and efficiency of the service delivery.
  • Maintain smooth operations by managing resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a management position within the automotive or service industry.
  • Strong proficiency in both spoken and written Mongolian and English.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Sales experience or technical knowledge is considered an advantage.
