Collecting data

We collect information in a variety of ways, usually through our websites: in a way when user accessing the website and/or registering to receive articles through social media. Data collected and processed by us mainly includes: your last name, first name, contact information (phone number, email address, address, date of birth), your preferences and interests, payment methods, your product selection as well as the other personal data, that you provided. However, user can also visit the field without registering, and we only receive user information if the user has completed it themselves. Users may refuse to enter their personal data in any way other than to obtain the content and services they need from the site. Unless otherwise stated on the website, these personal information’s shall only be collected with your consent.

1. Personal data you decided to disclose. For example, the information when you provided us through electronically or directly in the field required for registration to use the features of our website.

Web server collects semi automatically your IP address, web browser type and your previous used websites, applications used and online communication. This information is to determine:

If you pay for the service by credit card, the credit card information will not be stored on the MSM Group’s website or application system.

Credit card information is encrypted by the banking system and payment transactions are made through the banking system.

• Maintaining and continuously improving effective health and safety management systems which are actively supported by senior management and are ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 compliant.
