Just as we prioritize physical health, addressing mental health has become a global necessity. In 2024, MSM Group declared the year as one dedicated to supporting employees’ mental well-being and raising awareness about mental health through the MSMental Care campaign, which was successfully implemented throughout the year.
Key highlights of the campaign:
- Over 90 employees received 139 individual psychological counseling sessions free of charge.
- Four organizational mental health training sessions were conducted.
- 50 pieces of information on mental health were shared weekly through internal channels every Tuesday.
