MSM Group Achieves Certification from TÜV Cyprus for Integrated Management System

MSM Group is proud to announce that TÜV Cyprus has confirmed our successful implementation of an Integrated Management System. In July 2024, MSM Group LLC, along with its subsidiaries Betastar and SGT, underwent a thorough audit by TÜV Cyprus. The audit verified that we have integrated international standards for quality, occupational safety, hygiene, and environmental management into our operations.

The requirements of the Integrated Management System, encompassing ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards, have been fully met and confirmed.

At MSM Group, we are dedicated to excellence in our operations. We continuously improve our business processes, quality, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, ensuring comprehensive compliance with international standards.

MONGOLIA’S FIRST FORD LEVEL 2 MECHANIC

MSM Group not only provides its employees with opportunities to receive professional training from local and international experts in their respective fields but also regularly organizes courses to develop personal skills.

One notable example is our Lead Technician, Iveeltnaran E., who successfully completed the Ford distributor’s Level 2 technical training held in Thailand. He has not only made history as the first individual in Mongolia to achieve this milestone but also stands out as one of the region’s few mechanics with this accomplishment.

MSM GROUP DONATES AUDITORIUM SEATS TO SCHOOL NO.116 FOR PERSONS WITH VISION IMPAIRMENT

As part of its corporate social responsibility initiatives, MSM Group has donated 30 auditorium seats to the art room of School No. 116, which provides special education for visually impaired children.

School No. 116 is a public school that offers specialized education for students with visual impairments. Many of these students possess a wide range of artistic talents, including singing, listening, and reciting poetry. MSM Group aims to enhance the participation and accessibility of each student by providing auditorium seats for the art room.

Supporting long-term projects that contribute to social welfare, children’s rights, and educational development is a core objective of our corporate social responsibility efforts.

MSM Group’s Comprehensive Industrial Waste Management and Recycling Program

As part of our commitment to environmental sustainability, MSM Group has implemented the “Zero Waste” initiative to reduce waste generated from our operations and promote the recycling of sorted waste. In 2023, we successfully recycled 9.1 tons of bags, 3.3 tons of metal packaging, 186 kg of plastic canisters, half a ton of plastic bags, 27 kg of batteries, 6,000 liters of oil, and other waste materials, which were supplied to recycling companies.

MSM Group has provided internal training on environmental and waste management to all employees, ensuring that all recyclable and special industrial waste is disposed of without causing soil contamination.

As part of our corporate social responsibility, MSM Group supports long-term projects and programs that make a real contribution to social welfare and development in areas such as health, the environment, and children’s education. These efforts are aligned with our social responsibility objectives.
