Main Responsibilities:
- Focus on achieving and fulfilling monthly sales targets and plans for the store, while guiding, advising, and training store employees.
- Organize and manage store staff, oversee stock levels of products in the store and warehouse, ensure the smooth operation of product sales, establish service standards, and provide friendly and supportive service to customers.
- Prepare the budget required for the store.
- Monitor product sales activities and implement necessary sales promotions.
- Initiate, develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures for store operations and staff, ensuring stable operations.
- Develop service standards for the store, create a culture of service, continuously improve service, enforce and establish standards, and collaborate to integrate best practices from similar organizations and leading international sectors.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in sales or e-commerce.
- Ability to manage product ordering, stock levels, and continuously improve operations.
- Ability to explain and sell product information in English.
- Strong management and organizational skills for overseeing store employees.
- Ability to align store operations with applications and e-commerce websites, demonstrating problem-solving skills, responsibility, and efficiency.
