Main Responsibilities:
- Focus on achieving the monthly sales targets and plans for the store, while enhancing profitability by providing guidance and training to store employees.
- Provide management support to branch store staff, oversee inventory levels of products in the branch and warehouse, ensure smooth operations, establish service standards, and monitor and support friendly service to customers.
- Monitor product sales activities and implement necessary sales promotions.
- Organize and support marketing and promotional activities, as well as all types of events.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in sales, trade, service organizations, or the food production industry.
- Previous experience in team leadership.
- Ability to explain product information in English.
- High interpersonal and communication skills.
