Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Senior Manager to lead and manage our HSE programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health, safety, and environmental management, with the ability to develop and implement effective policies and procedures, manage risk, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the adequacy and effective implementation of MSM Group LLC’s Health, Safety, and Environmental Policy and Management System. Collaborate with the COO and division managers to foster a strong culture of safety, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Facilitate the development of Health, Safety and Environmental Policy Statement
- Ensure that the Health, Safety and Environmental Policy Statement is communicated to employees
- Ensure that the Health, Safety and Environmental Policy Statement is reviewed annually
- Lead the process to identify and assess potential health, safety and environmental hazards and risks of operations;
- Identify areas in which hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control are required
- Monitoring and reporting risk assessments and action plans
- Lead the annual review of health, safety and environmental hazards and risks
- Identify laws, regulations and other requirements that pertain to Health, Safety and Environment at MSM operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or certified qualification in occupational health, safety and environmental field
- In depth knowledge of legislation and procedures of HSE
- Minimum 5 years of managerial level experience in occupational health, safety and environmental field
- Experience on implementing ISO 14001, 45001
- Good knowledge of English
- Time management capabilities and can handle pressure calmly Leadership skills
