Main Responsibilities:
- Create a productive and comfortable environment in the repair center to deliver effective and high-quality maintenance services.
- Check the availability and readiness of equipment and spare parts necessary for service, and address any discrepancies before starting the work.
- Evaluate service records and identify recurring causes of damage or malfunction, keeping the team informed of these issues.
- Provide guidance and direction to mechanics performing repairs, ensuring attention to important details.
- Ensure that repair services are performed within the established time frame (standard hours), monitor quality, and notify management as needed. Seek support from engineers or other staff when necessary.
- Monitor all repairs and ensure that they are completed within the specified time as per the job instructions.
- If delays occur or services are not completed within the required time, promptly inform the service advisor.
- In case additional repairs are necessary during the process, notify the service advisor, obtain customer approval, and continue with the repairs.
- Identify and document reasons for delays or unfinished repairs and ensure corrective measures are taken.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, or related technical field.
- Experience working in the automotive industry.
- Advanced knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and technical systems.
- Possession of a valid Class B driver’s license.
