MARKETING MANAGER (INDUSTRIAL)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage marketing strategies and communications to support the sales targets of the Industrial division, departments, and units.
  • Develop content strategies to support sales and select the most effective channels for distribution.
  • Ensure all content meets high-quality standards as per brand guidelines, and promote via websites, social media, email, and internal channels.
  • Represent the Industrial division in interviews and content creation, coordinating with relevant departments and obtaining guidance from senior management.
  • Collaborate with producers, designers, and the Industrial division to ensure high-quality project execution and timeline adherence.
  • Oversee and manage content output and quality, working as a team to achieve perfect execution.
  • Lead and manage collaborations with vendor organizations working with MSM, ensuring alignment with targets.
  • Organize meetings, conferences, training, and workshops with experts from vendors and ensure team participation.
  • Coordinate the addition of new brands, organize signing events, and manage media publications.
  • Conduct site visits and research activities to gather insights.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree in a related field is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Marketing Manager.
  • Strong skills in sales optimization, negotiation, team management, and working with analysis tools.
  • Ability to work efficiently and lead teams towards achieving business objectives.
