LOGISTICS ADMIN

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for the logistics department’s operations, ensuring the accurate and complete registration of logistics activities.
  • Verify and check the accuracy of all logistics records and prepare reports.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and relevant parties, and provide management with timely information.
  • Assist in preparing shipping and transportation documentation, and handle communications related to logistics.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics or International Trade.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in international transportation and logistics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, and other computer applications.
  • Advanced knowledge of English (both spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
