Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain records of all types of finalized model contracts and updates (revised versions) from the legal department.
- Number and register company-wide contracts, store original and electronic copies of contracts.
- Store, register, and monitor the validity of company operational permits, certificates, and other documents. Ensure timely extensions or amendments.
- Implement and execute tasks assigned by the legal department’s management and lawyers, and oversee work schedules and reports from external service providers (outsourced parties). Organize and schedule meetings.
- Provide feedback on model contracts and proposals developed by the legal department, and contribute suggestions for policies and procedures drafts.
- Create and update a list of laws, regulations, rules, and standards the company must comply with. Organize and promote awareness among employees.
- Oversee all insurance-related activities within the company, provide suggestions on insurance contracts and policies, and monitor their implementation.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in law, legal studies, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a legal assistant or in an insurance company will be an advantage.
- Proficient in English.
- Strong understanding of laws, regulations, and the ability to interpret and apply them professionally.
- Ability to maintain document records accurately.
