INTERNAL COMMUNICATION MANAGER

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support increasing employee engagement and participation by effectively delivering information to employees using available social media platforms and internal channels.
  • Ensure the flow of information by disseminating all internal announcements and messages across all channels.
  • Communicate training and events within the company to employees.
  • Collaborate with designers to create MSM-branded templates for information distribution and promotional activities.
  • Contribute ideas for new initiatives and activities within the company.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments and units to effectively distribute and activate internal information and operations.
  • Prepare weekly reports on posters and messages shared internally.
  • Manage the internal activity calendar, ensuring reminders and information are distributed on time.
  • Participate in job fairs and employer branding activities.
  • Propose and develop content for employer branding and highlighting employee benefits.
  • Distribute information about company events and activities to all employees.
  • Provide clear and logical reports on internal events and activities to all employees through approved communication channels.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or Journalism.
  • Skilled in writing, editing, translation, and content creation across various journalistic genres.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the field.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Temporary position to cover maternity leave.
