Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control the financial aspects of inventory management, ensuring accuracy in stock levels, cost calculations, and budget adherence.
- Maintain and update financial records related to stock movements, purchases, and sales.
- Prepare and analyze inventory reports, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve them.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports related to inventory and cost of goods sold.
- Ensure timely and accurate inventory tracking and reporting, working with the warehouse and logistics team to manage stock efficiently.
- Implement inventory management best practices to minimize losses and optimize stock turnover.
- Support financial audits and assist with inventory reconciliation processes.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience of at least 2 years in finance, accounting, or inventory management roles.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights for decision-making.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
