BRAND MANAGER – SANY

Job description

  • Conduct customer calls to generate sales lead and follow up on sales leads
  • Maintain up-to-date market surveys and competitive analysis.
  • Prepare and present business proposals to customers in a professional manner, follow up on leads, and negotiate sales contracts whilst managing COGS/profit
  • Coordinate with suppliers on a regular basis to offer equipment solutions to customer
  • Handling all processes including quotation, contract conclusion with customers, an order placement with the vendor, installation and setup of after sales support scheme
  • Prepare quarterly, annual sales and inventory management plan
  • Collect receivables from customers to avoid bad debts
  • Carry out business development and new customer development activities by preparing business cases to identify business potential, SWOT analysis, and cost vs income estimation.
  • Prepare marketing/advertising/promotional materials and implement sales and marketing activities
  • Prepare weekly, monthly sales activities report, maintain updated projects in the pipeline log and submit the activities report regularly
  • Strictly adhere to the HSE policy and procedures as well comply with all local rules and regulations in business conducts.

Job requirements

  • Mechanical and Electrical engineer or related field 
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in sales and field
  • Good proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good technical and parts knowledge and interest
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
